A showcase in Buenos Aires on April 3rd in Argentina has now been confirmed. The showcase takes place at the Teatro Gran Rex. Attendance by special invitation only or for winners of special "backstagepasses" in Pepsi competition.
In a recent interview for Mexican television, Rcky indicated that in addition to returning to Asia and Australia this year, he will visit Israel (July) and South Africa (September). Keep watching those schedules.
Ricky will be performing on the Argentinian TV show of Marcelo Tinelli on 2nd April. There might be a showcase on the 3rd April but that is not confirmed yet.
Ricky is nominated as Best Latino Male Singer at the Gardel a la Musica Awards which will take place on April 18th in Argentina.
Ricky will be performing at B96's Summer Bash on June 30th Joliet, IL (USA). Tickets will go on sale on March 22 at noon.
Ricky Martin will be in Madrid to perform with Antonio Carmona, Rosario and Tomoatito at the gala for the V Premios de la Música. The gala will be held at Real Madrid's Raimundo Saporta Pavillion next friday, March 23. Ricky will perform a new song live, alongside Rosario Flores, Ketama's lead singer Antonio Carmona, and Spanish guitarist Tomatito.
Proceeds of the evening will go to ONG 'Sabera', founded by Nacho Cano and Penelope Cruz to aid children living in poverty in India.
The Gala will be broadcast live on primetime TV by Tele 5.
Tickets for the event are on sale at El Corte Ingles with prices between 1,000 and 1,500 pesetas.

Now comes word that Billy Joel, Ricky Martin, Jimmy Webb, Darius Rucker, the Go-Go's and Wilson Phillips have been added to a lineup that already featured Paul Simon, Elton John and Heart. The event is being co-produced by Radio City Entertainment and will air on TNT in July

Ricky will now NOT be appearing live on the Bravo Supershow on Saturday 17th March due to his commitement in the USA on the 18th. However, Ricky is preparing various pre-records for Austrian, Norwegian and German TVs towards the end of the week, one of which will be a pre-record for the Bravo Supershow to be shown on TV later on.
Ricky will return to the USA after his visit to Germany for the 18th March.
As reported before on the 21st March Ricky will take part in a special event with Placido Domingo, on the 22nd Ricky will be in Las Vegas for the premiere of Storm (a Medina Enterprise & others production). Ricky will then be at The Oscars on the 25th March (as reported before).
Ricky's new album will be completely in Spanish and will be produced by Robi Rosa among others.
Andi Peters and a Channel 4 TV crew have been following Ricky's European trip so far and will broadcast a special on the UK TV station Channel 4 in the near future. Ricky has also recorded an interview with Andi Peters - watch out for those leopard skin chairs in the decoration (LOL!).

Ricky will be in Madrid, Spain today. 300 people have been given the chance to enter questions for a press conference with the fans via www.terra.es. The event is sponsored by Terra, Cadena 40 Radio and Dial Radio who'll broadcast parts of the press conference.
