Ricky Martin Moves Back To Puerto Rico

There is no doubt that Ricky Martin owns the advantage to be able to own a home in any part of the world. But there isn't an amount of money large enough to buy the beauty and the love that he has towards the island of Puerto Rico. That's why it is expected that the famous Puerto Rican will move back to the island sometime at the end of this year. It is known to believe that the singer is interested in land that is close to the bay area like Aguadilla, so that he could construct his mansion.

It is a strong possibility that he won't participate in the up coming movie Dirty Dancing 2. According to his manager, Angelo Medina, Ricky's career is strictly musical. He is expected to return to the studio to record his next english album in August. "We never even reached a proper agreement. We found out about it through the news media in Europe. There were many proposals that we supposedly received, we never received any of them. Only on one occasion a few months ago something about that was mentioned to us, but he did not seem very interested in it. At this moment there is no actual commitment that consists of acting gigs for the rest of this year for Ricky", claimed the producer. But Medina ensures that there are plans for Ricky to appear in a movie in the near future. "The movie business is not in Ricky's agenda until the year 2001. But there is still a remote possibility that it could change for the end of this year", mentioned his manager while starting a rumor that states that if Ricky ends up doing a movie, it will be one of Steven Spielberg's.

On a lighter subject, about his next record, this one is expected to be in stores by November. The songs have already been chosen and the only thing that's missing its his voice and some details. This production will be considered an "evolution of sound although we are trying to preserve the latin sound". The lyrics were composed by Roby Draco Rosa, Desmond Child, George Noriega, Randy Barlow, and Jose Walter. He will also be counting on authors that have worked with Cher, Rod Stewart and Tina Turner, within others. The production will count on a budget of $3 million dollars and will be recorded in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Miami.
