Ricky will appear at the 106.1 KissFm Summer Party on June 9th in Dallas, USA. Tickets for the event go on sale next fiday.

Apparently it s a Ricky filled summer in the US, so keep an ear out for announcements from other big radio stations, that sponsor summer concerts.

It was announced that Ricky will be appearing at Channel 933 YOUR SHOW (Summer concert) in San Diego. The following is information from their website:
Channel 933 Presents the biggest show of the year, Your Show II, at Coors Amphitheatre on Friday June 15th! Tickets go on sale Saturday, May 5th at the Coors Amphitheatre Box Office and all Ticketmaster Locations.

Angelo medina confirmed yesterday that Ricky was in Egypt to film a program for French television.

Ricky won three awards at yesterdays World Music Awards in Monaco:
- Worlds Best Selling Pop Male Artist
- Dance Male Artist
- Latin Male Artist.
During the ceremony he performed NWTBL and Loaded.

Ricky will sing Loaded, Amor and a medley of different puertoricans traditionals songs at the Miss Universe ceremony.

In a interview given to the Puertorican newspaper El Escenario, Angelo Medina stated that Ricky will start working on his next album in July, hopefully to be released in May 2002. The album will include songs written by Ricky. At the same time, Ricky will start working on a movie project for the big screen.

NY Daily news reports that Bob Giraldi will direct the video for Loaded.

The World Music Awards will be shown in the UK on 28 May. TF1 in France will broadcast the awards sometime later this summer. In Germany, the awards will be shown on ZDF, 26 may at 23:30.

After the taping of the Late Show with David Letterman and The Today Show Ricky will also spend four days in the Big Apple shooting the Loaded video.

Ricky will perform three songs live at The Today Show on the 18th, including the next single, Loaded.

The the video of Loaded will be in black and white. In the video, he chases a girl around New York.
Ricky is wearing a sleeveless shirt and has a big tattoo on his arm.

Ricky has been announced for another Summer concert in the USA in Bonner Spring, MO:
Red, White & Boom Mix 93.3 on June 23rd. Tickets are on sale now.

Ricky was added to the line-up of the Z107.7 Summer Jam in St. Louis on 24 June. Tickets go on sale online on Monday.
Ricky will be singing 5 songs at the show.

Ricky will have some days off from promotion in Miami in the next week.

The French MTV will have a Ricky weekend on 7-8 July.

Endi reports that Ricky will meet miss Univers Denise Quinones again in Miami in a personal meeting arranged by the both of them.

Ricky will have 4 days off in Miami this week. On Friday he will be going to Boston, where he will be for a day and a half. From there he will go to Hong Kong where he will be the main attraction of the launch of the new channel MTV Hong Kong, part of MTV Asia.
Then, the singer returns to Miami after touring around the USA, Asia, Australia and Europe for about 9 weeks.

The video of Loaded will premiere in the first week of July on TRL in the USA.

Taping completely in black and white the video trys to tell a story, in movie style and of course the PuertoRican is the hero of the plot.

Dressed in the style of the seventies in clothing (and wearing a henna tattoo on his arm) selected by Trish Summer Ville, The singers appears accompanied by two of his dancers who play the part of his panas in the sequence. They go into a club where the singer sees the girl of his dreams and does everything possible to get her. This is how the story unfolds in a dance sequence that does not include the famous singer.

Some of the ideas for the video, like doing it in black and white were directly from Ricky and the director Bob Geraldi.
