A showcase in Buenos Aires on April 3rd in Argentina has now been confirmed. The showcase takes place at the Teatro Gran Rex. Attendance by special invitation only or for winners of special "backstagepasses" in Pepsi competition.

In a recent interview for Mexican television, Ricky indicated that in addition to returning to Asia and Australia this year, he will visit Israel (July) and South Africa (September). Keep watching those schedules.

Ricky will be attending this years Blockbuster Awards on april 10th, to be televised on 11 April. He will be performing the opening song of the show: a rendition of Loaded outdoors along the red carpet.

102.7 KIIS FM is giving away tix all weekend to the Blockbuster awards.

US fans can also watch the All-star Tribute to Brian Wilson on TV on 4 July, 8 p.m. on TNT.

The place for the Showcase in Argentina has now been confirmed: it will take place at the club Museum and will start at 9 P.M.

As Confidential speculated last week, Ricky Martin has been confirmed as one of the guest artists at this years Logies ceremony and TVs night of nights will be the arena for the first Australian airing of Martins new single Loaded. It will be one of two songs Martin will perform at the Logies - the other likely to be She Bangs.

The event,which will take place in Melbourne, Australia on April 22nd and to be hosted by comedian Shaun Micallef, will be televised live on Channel 9 from Crown casino .

Ricky also looks set to visit Sydney where he will make a very special,public appearance. Details to be announced as soon as they are confirmed.

You will be able to listen to the Radio Uno interview live entering www.sonidouno.com on Tuesday April 3rd at 1 P.M (Argentinian time) , on that day he will also do another interview with FM 100 at 12:00 P.M and will do an interview for another Tvshow called Versus for channel Telefe which will be aired next week.

The Showcase Ricky will do in Rio will be for Artists from Rede Globo and FanClubs.

He will also attend the Tvshow called "Caldeirão do Huck":while doing the interview he will visit some of the most famous touristic places of Rio.

The Australian fanclub informed us that, contrary to what was reported in the news before, Ricky will not be making an appearance in Sydney. He is, however, still scheduled to appear at the Logie Awards.

Ricky Martin to Play Zorro in London

LONDON (Reuters) - Latino pop sensation Ricky Martin is set to hip-swivel onto Londons West End stage in a musical version of ``Zorro, Britains top-selling Sun tabloid reported on Wednesday.

Martin was in final talks with theater producers over plans to take on the lead role in the tale of the legendary Mexican swordsman, the paper said.

It said producer Adam Kenwright, who was behind the hit play ``Stones In His Pockets and the Argentinean circus show De La Guarda, had called Martins aides over the role.

``Ricky is already one of the biggest Latin icons in the world and has the look and the attitude to play Zorro, a source close to Kenwright was quoted as saying.

Producers had also spoken to British pop star Robbie Williams about writing some of the music for the show, due to run early next year, the Sun said.

Williams, a fan of musicals, is said to have expressed interest in the show.

MTV Europe will have a weekend dedicated to Ricky Martin in July. The special that Ricky is taping in Singapore will be shown then.
